2. Service Description & Tiered Access

OpenVideoGenerator provides a multi-model AI video synthesis and prompt orchestration platform. Access is structured across transparent tiers:

• Free Guest Preview: Unauthenticated visitors are entitled to 1 instant trial preview generation (watermarked, standard resolution).
• Free Registered Tier: Free accounts receive 50 welcome credits upon email verification to test different models and camera controls.
• Paid Subscriptions & Credit Packs: Paying accounts unlock high-priority GPU queues, unwatermarked 1080p downloads, concurrent generation, and full commercial monetization rights.

3. Credit System & Instant Auto-Refund Policy

• Usage-Based Consumption: Credits are deducted at the moment a video generation job is initiated based on the model and duration selected (e.g., 10 credits for Kling 1.5 Pro, 15 credits for MiniMax H3).
• Automatic Failure Refund: If an upstream cloud GPU provider experiences a hardware crash, timeout, or technical rendering error, our system automatically detects the failure and refunds 100% of the deducted credits back to your account balance within seconds.
• Credit Expiration: Purchased monthly subscription credits replenish every billing cycle. Unused promotional trial credits may expire after 180 days.

4. Commercial Usage Rights & Intellectual Property

• User Ownership: You retain 100% ownership and commercial rights of all video files and outputs produced through your paid account. You may publish, monetize, license, or sell these videos freely across all commercial mediums (including YouTube, TikTok, broadcast commercials, and e-commerce listings).
• Platform IP: The OpenVideoGenerator brand, algorithms, user interface, and curated prompt blueprints remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Service.

5. Subscription Management & Cancellations

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard (/settings/billing). When you cancel, your subscription benefits and credit balance remain accessible until the end of your paid billing period.

6. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use Policy

You agree strictly not to use the Service to generate, distribute, or promote:

• Non-consensual sexually explicit content, deepfake pornography, or child exploitation materials (CSAM);
• Defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or hate-speech media targeted at individuals or protected groups;
• Content that infringes on patents, registered trademarks, or active copyrights of third parties;
• Automated denial-of-service attacks, API scraping, or attempts to circumvent platform rate limits.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of the offending account without notice or refund.
