1. Account Details — Your email address, authenticated profile name, and session identifiers (via Google OAuth, GitHub, or secure password authentication).
2. Media & Generation Inputs — The text prompts, reference images (PNG/JPG/WebP up to 20MB), aspect ratios, camera trajectory parameters, and model selections you submit to our generation workbench.
3. Generated Video Outputs — The resulting MP4 video files, poster thumbnails, generation logs, and metadata produced by your generation tasks.
4. Billing & Credit Data — Order records, purchased credit balances, and transaction references handled by our certified payment processors (Stripe). We never store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
5. Technical Diagnostics — IP addresses, device types, and browser user-agents used strictly for rate-limiting, anti-abuse security, and performance monitoring.

How Your Media & Prompts are Processed

• Third-Party Inference Providers: To execute high-performance video generation, your submitted prompt and optional image are dispatched securely via encrypted TLS 1.3 connections to our dedicated GPU infrastructure providers (including Fal.ai, Kling, MiniMax, and Luma).
• Strict No-Training Guarantee: We do not use your private uploaded photos, personal faces, or proprietary commercial assets to train public foundation models. Your uploads are used solely for fulfilling your requested rendering job.
• Data Retention & Lifecycle: Generated videos and uploaded source images are securely retained on encrypted cloud object storage (Cloudflare R2) for 30 days to allow downloads and project previews. After 30 days, temporary guest assets are automatically purged unless explicitly saved in your permanent user library.

Commercial Ownership & Copyright

• 100% Commercial Usage: As a subscriber or credit-pack user, you retain full commercial usage rights, monetization privileges, and distribution freedom over every video generated under your account.
• Royalty-Free Deployment: You are free to publish, monetize, and distribute your generated videos across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Amazon product listings, TV broadcasts, and commercial ad campaigns without paying royalties to OpenVideoGenerator.

Data Sharing & Security

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or media files to third-party data brokers. Data is shared exclusively with:

• Payment infrastructure providers (Stripe) to process subscription orders;
• Cloud GPU computing clusters (Fal.ai / Cloudflare Workers) strictly for rendering computation;
• Law enforcement agencies only when strictly mandated by binding legal subpoena or court order.

Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the unconditional right to:

• Access and download all historical video generation assets;
• Request immediate, permanent deletion of your account and all associated media from our cloud storage;
• Export your payment receipts and credit audit logs.
